PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES
Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2013, I have provided clients in the London area a wide range of psychological services to suit their needs.
I feel the relationship between the client and the therapist is vitally important in creating a therapeutic alliance. By using this interaction to refer to past, present ways of relating to others (and to parts of ourselves), I believe we can explore and work through a variety of problems. I don't think it's important for someone to understand this type of terminology, instead I would offer the opportunity for you to trust your instincts and see if my way of working fits with you, at this point in time.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
COUPLES/FAMILY WORK
Short or long term therapeutic work
I work mainly within what is known as an 'integrative' style, drawing from time-limited and longer term 'processing therapy' models.
Common approaches I am able to provide:
-
CBT
-
Interpersonal Psychotherapy
-
Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy
-
Trauma-informed Therapy
-
Skills from DBT
Unpacking common patterns to create new alternatives.
We all have have our 'common dances' in any type of relationship. In this type of work, we would establish the goal of the therapy and attempt to become clear on where things go well, and keep that going, and test out where things go wrong.

Sometimes a break is required to test out new ways of interacting, so that together we can establish a new way of relating.
