Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote a collaborative space to try to make sense of patterns we fall into to enable choices to move forward.


I use an integrative therapy approach to achieve this.  My therapy training includes CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic.  In my sessions I tailor the approach to fit your needs and can offer time limited targeted work or longer-term exploratory space.
