Perhaps you're down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote a collaborative space to try to make sense of patterns we fall into to enable choices to move forward.
I use an integrative therapy approach to achieve this. My therapy training includes CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic. In my sessions I tailor the approach to fit your needs and can offer time limited targeted work or longer-term exploratory space.
